Practice Support Team

Our friendly and professional practice support team comprises our dedicated and caring receptionists Kim, Melissa, Hannah, Maddy, Emily, Debbie and Wendy, led by our practice managers Elizabeth and Kara. Our team strive to provide the highest quality service and attention to your needs with warmth and a smile. They pride themselves on their attention to detail, helping you access timely medical care and facilitate all aspects of communication that are so important in ensuring quality care. 

Our team is trained in and experienced in helping you access timely care when you are unwell. Please advise on arrival if you feel particularly unwell or have a potentially serious problem (for example pain, breathlessness, have a sick child etc) so that our receptionist can alert a nurse or doctor to your needs on arrival. It may occasionally be necessary for our receptionist to ask some straightforward questions about your condition should you call, in order to appropriately care for you. Your personal information is always kept strictly confidential.

Our team adhere rigorously to the required standards of confidentiality and protection of your medical information and records, in accordance with privacy legislation and medical record-keeping standards.

Our team welcome your suggestions and feedback on all aspects of our practice as we endeavour to maintain the highest standards of professionalism with a smile. 

Our Practice Managers Elizabeth and Kara share a wealth of experience and expertise in all aspects of the running of our practice, as well as the details of billing, medicare claims and helping you with any questions or any problems you might experience in relation to our practice. Elizabeth and Kara can be contacted by telephone or by written correspondence and will endeavour to help you as quickly as possible.
